Due to Covid -19 and the idling period at MCI in Pembina, ND our current contract has been extended until September 9, 2020 at 11:59 am. All provisions of the collective bargaining agreement shall remain in full force until that time. Our negotiating committee plans to wrap up negotiation prep ASAP. The current plan is to start negotiations in July/August and there is no date yet on our return to work or any details involved with the startup at MCI. We have no more information than what has been posted previously, there is suppose to be another update the week of May 4, 2020 with further details of the startup to work.
